燕儿岛山公园


观象山公园
位于青岛市市南区观象二路15号。观象山海拔79米,俗称“小石头山”。德国侵占青岛初期,在山上建贮水池,又称水道山,后因建立观象台改称为观象山。1925年,中国气象协会在此成立。1932年,建观象山公园。1952年,在山垭口处建中华人民共和国水准原点。1984年,建为山头公园。

  The Park is located at No.15 Guanxiang Er Road, Shinan District, Qingdao. Guanxiang Hill is at the absolute altitude of 79m, called as “Small Stone Hill” locally, also as “Shuidao Hill” for there was a storage reservoir constructed on the top of hill at the beginning of Germany’s aggression against Qingdao, and as “Guanxiang Hill” for an observatory was completed thereon. In 1925, Chinese Meteorological Society was founded there. In 1932, Guanxiang Hill Park was built. In 1952, the leveling origin of the People’s Republic of China was set at the hill pass. In 1984, the hilltop park was completed.



五四广场
青岛市标志性建筑,为纪念由于青岛主权问题引发的五四运动而命名。该广场位于青岛市市级机关办公楼以南,建于1996年,占地面积10万平方米。广场以东海路为界分为南北两区:北区以绿荫大道间的草坪为主,中央建有喷泉;南区由露天舞台、点阵喷泉和观海迎月台等组成。广场主体雕塑“五月的风”采用螺旋向上的钢体结构组合,坐落在观海迎月台上。离岸160米的海面上,建有全国喷射水柱最高的海中喷泉。

  As the landmark architecture of Qingdao, the Square was named to honor the May 4th Movement arising from the sovereignty problem of Qingdao. It is situated at south of Office Building of Qingdao Municipal Government and was built in 1996 with a floor area of 100,000 m2. This square is divided into the north zone and the south zone by Donghai Road: the north zone mainly includes the grass carpet among the Greenery Avenue and contains fountains in the center; the south zone is composed of an open stage, dot matrix fountains and a Sea-viewing and Moon-greeting Platform. Adopting a spiral upwards structural steel combination, the principal sculpture “Wind of May” is located on this Platform. This square is also decorated with the highest sea fountain currently available in China, which is 160 m away from the coast.



小青岛公园
青岛市标志性建筑,位于胶州湾入海口的青岛湾内,占地面积2.47平方千米。因岛上林木长青,遂称青岛;岛形如琴,水如弦,风吹波涛如琴声,又称琴岛。德国侵占青岛时,派兵驻守,称阿克那岛,建有18米高灯塔,是船只进出青岛湾的重要航标。日本第一次侵占青岛时,改名加藤岛。1932年,曾被辟为公园。日本第二次侵占青岛时改为军事基地。1942年,建起长377米、宽8米的堤坝,与陆地连接。解放后一直未向游客开放。1987年,重建小青岛公园并于次年正式对外开放。1989年,建“琴女雕塑”。2006年,小青岛灯塔作为青岛德国建筑群之一,被列为全国重点文物保护单位。

  Situated in Qingdao Bay at the estuary to Jiaozhou Bay, the park belongs to one of the landmark architectures of Qingdao with a floor area of 2.47 km2. It is called Qingdao (means “Green Isle”) because of the evergreen trees on the isle; it is also called Qindao (“Violin Isle”) because its shape is like an ancient violin, its waters like the strings, and waves after blown by wind send out the ancient violin sound. Germany stationed its troops here and named it as Akena Isle after its invasion of Qingdao. They built an 18m-high beacon, which was ever an important navigational mark for ships passing in and out of Qingdao Bay. Japan changed its name into Katoh Isle after its first invasion of Qingdao. It was even built into a park in 1932, but Japan altered it into a military base during its second invasion of Qingdao. A 377m long and 8m wide dike dam was built in 1942, which was linked with the land. However, it was not opened to the tourists after liberation until in 1987 when Little Qingdao Park was rebuilt and opened to the outside the next year. The “Sculpture of Ancient Violin Playing Woman” was constructed in 1989. In 2006, Little Qingdao Beacon was listed into the Key National Protected Units of Cultural Relics as one of the German architectural complexes in Qingdao



海滨雕塑公园
位于青岛市崂山区东海东路66号,建于2000年,由室内雕塑艺术馆和室外雕塑公园两部分组成,规划面积8万平方米。室内面积3800平方米,以收藏近现代中外雕塑精品为主,是一座专业性、学术性的雕塑艺术馆;室外园区的设计结合优美的自然环境和丰富的滨海景观,充分调动雕塑、道路、水体、植物等因素,突出雕塑公园的特色,主要展示20世纪中国近现代雕塑家的代表作和成名作。

  Situated at No. 66, Donghai Dong Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao and built in 2000, it’s composed of the indoor sculpture arts gallery and the outdoor sculpture park and covers an area of 80,000 m2. The indoor 3,800 m2 area mainly collects the Chinese and overseas modern and contemporary sculpture masterpieces, and has become a professional and academic sculpture arts gallery; the design of the outdoor park combines beautiful natural environment and rich seaside views, fully mobilizes such factors as sculptures, roads, waters and plants, and gives prominence of characteristics of sculpture park. It mainly exhibits the typical and famous works of modern and contemporary Chinese sculpture artists in the 20th century.



鲁迅公园
位于青岛市市南区琴屿路1号,是以海滨、海湾自然风光为特色的临海公园,占地面积4.99万平方米。德国侵占青岛时期在此营造海岸防风林。日本第一次侵占青岛时在此种植黑松,称曙滨公园。1930年,市政当局修游览路3100米,建凉亭3座,以时任青岛市长之名冠名。1931年,改名为海滨公园。1950年,为纪念鲁迅先生而易名。1986年,在公园正门安设花岗岩鲁迅雕像。

  Situated at No. 1 Qinyu Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, the park is a seaside park characteristic of natural seashore and bay sights with a floor area of 49,900 m2. Germany ever constructed the coastal windbreak forest during its invasion of Qingdao. Japan planted the Japanese black pines here after its first invasion of Qingdao and named it as Shubin Park. In 1930, the municipal authority repaired 3,100 m sightseeing road, built 3 pavilions, and named them after the mayor of Qingdao at that time. In 1931, its name was changed into Seaside Park. It was again renamed to commemorate Mr. LU Xun in 1950. In 1986, the granite sculpture of LU Xun was installed at the front door of this park.



小鱼山公园
位于青岛市市南区鱼山路东侧,占地面积2.5万平方米,海拔61米,是青岛市首座民族古典风格的园林公园。清末胶澳设防前,小鱼山是一座无名山,设防后称衙门山。德国侵占青岛时期,辟山建道,称阿利拉街。后将绕山路更名为鱼山路,小鱼山由此得名。1985年,市政府建成公园并对外开放。山顶部建有览潮阁、碧波亭等风景建筑。登山俯瞰,鲁迅公园、第一海水浴场、汇泉广场等景观尽收眼底。

  Situated at the eastside of Yushan Road, Shinan District, Qingdao and with a floor space of 25,000 m2 and an altitude of 61m, Little Fish Hill Park is the first landscape park of ethical classical style in Qingdao. Prior to fortifying Jiao’ao at the Late Qing Dynasty, Little Fish Hill was a nameless hill and was named as Yamen Hill after the garrison. Germany blazed the hill and built roads during its invasion of Qingdao and called it Alila Street. Later, Raoshan Road was changed into Yushan Road, and the name Little Fish Hill just originated from this. In 1985, Qingdao Municipal Government built it into a park and opened it to the outside. There are sightseeing buildings on the hilltop such as Tide-Viewing Pavilion and Blue Billows Pavilion. When overlooked from the hilltop, the beautiful scenes of LU Xun Park, No.1 Bathing Beach and Huiquan Square will jump into your eyes.



文化名人雕塑园
位于青岛市市南区延安一路15号,背依青岛山,前邻中山公园,占地面积8.25万平方米。1984年规划建成以展示花卉和观赏树木、盆景等为特色的公园,定名为百花苑。1994年建成青岛文化名人雕塑园,园内有高凤翰、蒲松龄等20名已故青岛籍或客居青岛的历史文化名人雕像。1995年全国城市雕塑指导委员会将其列为国家重点项目公园。

  Located at No. 15, Yan’an Yi Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, the park is against Qingdao Hill and next to Zhongshan Park in the front with an area of 82,500 m2. It was planned and constructed into a garden characteristic of showing flowers, ornamental trees and shrubs and potted landscape in 1984 and was named Baihua Garden. In 1994, Qingdao Sculpture Park of Cultural Celebrities was built here, gathering the sculptures of 20 deceased historical and cultural celebrities of Qingdao origin or residing in Qingdao as visitors such as Gao Fenghan, Pu Songling, and others. In 1995, the National Guiding Committee for Urban Sculpture listed it as one of the national important parks.



中山公园
青岛市最大的综合性公园,位于文登路东端,北依太平山、青岛山,南临汇泉湾,占地面积67.4万平方米。公园西南原为一渔村,名会前村。德国侵占青岛期间,迁走会前村渔民,辟建植物试验场。日本第一次侵占青岛时,修建游览通道,在路两侧栽植运自日本的上百株樱花,称旭公园。1922年中国政府收回青岛主权后,更名为第一公园。1929年,为纪念孙中山而易名。园内有玉兰园、郁金香园等大型园中园,有80余年历史的青岛樱花会在此举行。

  Situated at the east end of Wendeng Road, embraced by Taiping Hill and Qingdao Hill in the north, and facing Huiquan Bay in the south, Zhongshan Park is the largest comprehensive park in Qingdao with a floor area of 674,000 m2. There was a fishing village called Huiqian Village in southwest of the park. During its invasion of Qingdao, Germany expelled the fishermen of Huiqian Village and set up plants testing field. Japan constructed tourist access, planted hundreds of cherry trees transported from Japan, and named the park as Sun-Rising Park during its first invasion of Qingdao. It was renamed First Park in 1922 when Chinese government regained the sovereignty of Qingdao. It was renamed again for honoring SUN Zhongshan in 1929. There are large-scale gardens such as Yulan Garden and Tulip Garden in the park, and Qingdao Cherry Blossom Festival with a history of more than 80 years is also held here every year.



信号山公园
位于青岛市市南区龙山路17号,占地面积6.3万平方米,海拔98米。德国侵占青岛期间,称毕斯马克山。因山上建有为船舶进出港口导航的信号导向旗台和无线电台,每天悬挂气象、风力标志,又称挂旗山或旗台山。1923年,改名为信号山。1984年,建信号山公园,有旋转观景楼、蘑菇楼、玉兰亭等景点。

  Situated at No. 17, Longshan Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, the Park has a floor area of 63,000 m2 and an altitude of 98m. It was named Bismarck Hill during Germany’s invasion of Qingdao. It was also called Flag Hanging Hill or Flag Platform Hill because on the hill were built the navigation signal flag platform for ships access to the port and the radio station, on which the meteorological and wind power signs were hung every day. In 1923, it was renamed as Signal Hill. Signal Hill Park was built in 1984 and decorated with such scenic spots as Revolving Belvedere, Mushroom Hall, Yulan Pavilion, etc.
