Visa-Exemption Policy for ASEAN Tour Groups Entering Guilin (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) Tour groups (with 2 or more members) from ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia), holding ordinary passports, organized and received by travel agencies registered in China, and entering/exiting as a group, may enjoy visa-free entry and exit through Guilin Airport Port. The scope of activities is within the administrative region of Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and the maximum duration of stay is no more than 6 days. V. Visa-Exemption Policy for Foreign Tour Groups from Hong Kong and Macao Regions Entering Guangdong Province Citizens of countries that have established diplomatic relations with China, who hold ordinary passports and travel to the Hong Kong or Macao Special Administrative Regions, may join tour groups (with 2 or more members) organized by travel agencies registered in Hong Kong or Macao and enter the 9 mainland cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Shantou City for tourism without a visa (entering and exiting as a group). The scope of activities includes Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Shantou. Entry and exit ports are the open ports of the above 10 cities, and the maximum duration of stay is no more than 6 days. VI. Visa-Exemption Policy for Foreign Tour Groups from Hong Kong and Macao Regions Entering Hainan Province Citizens of countries that have established diplomatic relations with China, who hold ordinary passports and travel to the Hong Kong or Macao Special Administrative Regions, may join tour groups (with 2 or more members) organized by travel agencies registered in Hong Kong or Macao and enter Hainan Province for tourism without a visa (entering and exiting as a group). The scope of activities is within the administrative region of Hainan Province, entry and exit ports are all open ports in Hainan Province, and the maximum duration of stay is no more than 6 days. For all the above policies, the duration of stay is calculated starting from 00:00 on the day after entry. If a foreign national is eligible for the visa-exemption agreements signed between China and other countries or other visa-exemption policies of the Chinese government, the relevant provisions shall prevail.
